Christmas 2018

To all those celebrating Christmas today, Merry Christmas. For others, I hope this holiday season has been joyous as well as productive. I always think of this time of year as a point at which one can reflect on the year that has passed and most importantly be grateful for all we have.It has been a busy year for me - I have taken on a new role with a new Company. I moved to a new city. I have continued to build Effective Retail Leader into a resource that many leaders are using on a regular basis now. I have seen my kids accomplish a great many things - my son completed his first season of international fencing as well as completed his Associate’s Degree. My daughter will enter her final semester of college and will graduate with two degrees in May. Proud doesn’t even begin to express the feelings for what they have achieved.I look forward to the year ahead and all that can be accomplished. THANK YOU to all of the readers that continue to read the ideas I share. I appreciate the support and feedback. In the coming year I will build on the foundation that has begun. Expect to see a new look on Effective Retail Leader throughout the year. We will put a fresh coat of paint on the site and begin to add in some additional items as we progress throughout 2019.We will continue our leadership journey together so we can all be leaders that others choose to follow.Happy Holidays.Chris
